We set up this site to list our own property, but it is rapidly becoming a popular location on the web. We simply cannot fulfill all the requests we are getting. That is why we are opening it up to other property owners in Birch Bay.

What makes our site different is that it is exclusively Birch Bay. If you list your rental property on other web sites with thousands of rental locations around the world, then you are having to compete with places like Florida and Hawaii to get vacationers. Here, you get a bigger share of a smaller pie, with less competition.

How It Works

Your listing includes a listing enquiry form which will direct enquiries to your email address. You can prepare your own listing copy, or we can work with you on that. You can supply your own photos for the listing, or if you would like our photographer to take some photos that can also be arranged.

If you have a listing somewhere else, why not list here as well, and increase your coverage. We can share you availabiliy calendar with certain other sites, so you only have one place to update.

The Costs

Listing rates are a flat-rate USD 100 per listing per year. There are no per-booking fees, or whatever. We accept personal cheques and Paypal. This rate is much less than the big vacation rental sites, so it takes a lot less recover the cost.
